Join our Talent Acquisition team and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment activities while contributing to exciting talent and branding initiatives. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop HR and recruitment skills in a dynamic, fast-paced corporate environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing campus recruitment programs, career fairs, networking events, and university engagement activities.

Support interview scheduling, candidate communications, and recruitment-related coordination activities.
Ensure smooth coordination between candidates, hiring managers, and the Talent Acquisition team throughout the hiring process.
Involve in the automation of interview scheduling and onboarding processes to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort and enhance candidate experience.

Contribute creative ideas and content for employer branding campaigns across social media and recruitment platforms.
Support the creation of engaging materials that showcase our company culture, employee experiences, and career opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams on employee engagement-related programs and any process improvement initiatives.

Exposure to corporate recruitment and talent acquisition best practices.
Hands-on experience in campus recruiting, employer branding, and recruitment operations.
Opportunities to contribute ideas, lead initiatives, and work closely with experienced HR professionals.
Development of communication, stakeholder management, project coordination, and recruitment skills.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field. *Open for Engineering students who are passionate in connecting with people.
Intern student who can stay with us longer than 6 month is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Creative mindset with an interest in employer branding and social media.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Passionate about connecting people with opportunities and building great candidate experiences.
