• →Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

OR

• →5+ years of construction project management experience.
• →Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, to spec.
• →Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety, and quality controls.
• →Proficiency with project management software and systems.
• →Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in roofing, exterior construction, or similar trades.
• Associate’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Bilingual (Spanish a plus).
