Senior Sales Engineer

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and managing B2B customer relationships, driving business growth, and expanding the company’s presence in both domestic and international markets. Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Develop and manage existing and new B2B customer accounts in Greece and international markets.
- →Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the expansion of the customer portfolio.
- →Present technical solutions and product proposals tailored to customer requirements and specifications.
- →Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- →Negotiate commercial agreements and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- →Coordinate order management, delivery schedules, and invoicing processes.
- →Collaborate closely with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and other internal departments to ensure smooth order execution.
- →Participate in sales forecasting, target setting, and KPI monitoring.
- →Support and mentor junior sales team members.
- →Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.
Requirements
~1 min read- University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Metallurgical) or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical or industrial B2B sales.
- Previous experience within metals, raw materials, construction materials, or related industrial sectors will be highly appreciated.
- Strong technical understanding combined with commercial acumen and business development orientation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build long-term partnerships and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Results-driven professional with strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to perform under demanding deadlines.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
- Availability to travel within Greece and internationally.
