About Outreach

Outreach, founded in 2014, is the only complete agentic AI platform for revenue teams. Outreach infuses agentic AI, conversation intelligence, and assistive AI to power hundreds of use cases across revenue motions. From new logo prospecting to expansions, deal acceleration, driving retention, and forecasting, Outreach AI automates workflows and frees sellers to focus on more strategic conversations and actions. Revenue leaders benefit from connected account visibility, performance insights, and higher forecasting accuracy across every GTM team. World leading enterprise organizations use Outreach to power their revenue teams, including Databricks, SAP, Siemens, and Verizon to name a few.

The Role

As a trusted advisor, you will own the full customer relationship — from onboarding through renewal and expansion. Your mission is to protect and grow an assigned territory of accounts by driving measurable value, deep platform adoption, and long-term partnerships.

You'll engage across the org chart — from CROs, CFOs, and CISOs to Revenue Ops, System Admins, and GTM leaders — balancing commercial acumen with strategic guidance. You'll also bring an AI-forward mindset, using intelligent tooling to prioritize, personalize, and scale your work in ways that set you and your customers apart.

Key performance indicators include customer retention and renewal targets, net revenue retention, expansion quota attainment, renewal forecast accuracy, platform utilization, and customer sentiment.

  • Manage a high volume of accounts with proactive engagement to drive customer value and adoption.

  • Develop territory strategy plans using multiple data points to drive adoption, utilization, and customer sentiment.

  • Manage renewal, expansion, and cross-sell cycles at high rates to protect revenue retention.

  • Build partnerships with customers to realize value, adoption, and business process optimization of the Outreach platform.

  • Apply successes and best practices from across the Outreach customer base to consult strategically with your accounts.

  • Partner with and influence key stakeholders to achieve customer goals — removing roadblocks across product, technical, and organizational dimensions.

  • Apply technical proficiency to troubleshoot issues independently and collaborate with technical teams as needed.

  • Engage with operations teams and multi-thread within accounts to reach key decision makers.

  • Support onboarding by coordinating internal resources and aligning with clients for a seamless implementation.

  • Maintain accurate records in Outreach, Salesforce, and other relevant tools to support effective relationship management.

  • Identify risks to client health and execute targeted mitigation strategies to restore engagement.

  • Forecast renewals and expansion pipeline with high accuracy using Outreach's forecast methodology.

  • Act as the face of Outreach for your customers — guiding them on product training, best practices, and strategic direction.

  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders with varying business, technical, and organizational priorities.

  • Stay current on sales and revenue trends through industry events, publications, podcasts, and peer networks.

  • Leverage AI-powered insights within the Outreach platform to surface at-risk accounts, identify expansion signals, and prioritize outreach based on real-time engagement data.

  • Use AI-assisted workflows to improve the quality and efficiency of customer communication, renewal preparation, and forecasting accuracy.

  • Bring an informed point of view on how AI is transforming revenue teams — and translate that perspective into strategic conversations with customers.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

  • 8+ years of sales lifecycle management, account management, or customer success experience in SaaS.

  • Ability to navigate complex organizational networks and influence without direct authority.

  • Strong business acumen with experience driving transformation outcomes using complex software.

  • Demonstrated value realization in a product, platform, or service context.

  • Skilled negotiator with experience managing multi-month renewal and expansion cycles (up to 4 months).

  • Effective project management, problem-solving, and time management skills.

  • Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into clear, customer-facing decisions.

  • Deep understanding of sales operations, GTM strategies, methodologies, and KPIs.

  • Strong financial acumen — ability to model and communicate ROI to executive audiences.

  • Ability to build and sustain trusted relationships with both internal teams and external customers.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to tailor messaging for any audience.

  • Executive presence, strong emotional intelligence, and a genuine curiosity about customer goals.

  • Team player with high initiative and a bias toward keeping opportunities moving forward.

  • Comfort working with AI-assisted tools and a growth mindset toward emerging technology in the sales and revenue space.

  • Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated insights and apply sound judgment when translating them into customer-facing strategy.
