Daimler Truck Southern Africa Ltd has partnered with Government on the Youth Employment Services (YES) programme to provide unemployed youth with an opportunity to gain workplace experience for a period of 12 months. We are proud to be a part of this initiative that plays a role in supporting the youth of South Africa. • Practical on-the-job training within the commercial vehicle environment
• Structured learning covering sales fundamentals, customer engagement, and product knowledge
• Exposure to trucks, buses, and aftersales support
• Mentorship from experienced sales professionals
• Real workplace experience to prepare you for a long-term career in sales

• Unemployed youth between the ages of 18 – 29 years old
• Grade 12 / Matric (Tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field is an advantage)
• Strong aspiration to pursue a career as a Commercial Vehicles Sales Executive
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy
• Willingness to learn and grow in a demanding sales environment
• Clear Criminal record
• Must speak English
• Candidates must strictly not have participated in any YES4Youth programme before
• No work experience is required
