Food & Beverage Supervisor - Russian Speaker

Supervise daily operations of the assigned F&B outlet and ensure smooth and efficient service.

Lead, motivate, and support the team to deliver personalized service in line with 5-star luxury standards.

Welcome and interact with guests, with a focus on providing attentive service.

Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and adherence to hotel standards.

Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and ensure appropriate follow-up.

Coordinate with the kitchen and other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.

Assist with staff training, briefing, scheduling, and daily operational requirements.

Support inventory control and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

Previous experience as an F&B Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.

Fluent Russian and good English communication skills.

Strong knowledge of F&B operations and luxury service standards.

Excellent communication, leadership, and guest-handling skills.

Well-groomed, professional, and guest-focused with a positive attitude.

Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
