Talent Acquisition Intern - Bangalore

A Talent Acquisition (TA) Intern supports the recruitment team by sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment trackers. They assist with job postings, initial candidate communication, and documentation like offer letters and onboarding forms. The role also involves helping with employer branding activities and ensuring smooth coordination between candidates and hiring managers.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.

● Ability to source, screen, and identify relevant candidate profiles.

● Good candidate and stakeholder coordination skills.

● Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.

● Strong organizational and time-management skills.

● High attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining recruitment documentation.

● Ability to maintain recruitment trackers and reports.

● Strong professional email writing and verbal communication skills.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

● Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability.

● Knowledge of LinkedIn and job portals will be an added advantage.
