Executive, Talent Acquisition

We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to support our recruitment function. The role will focus on candidate sourcing, initial screening, interview coordination, and providing administrative support throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in identifying and engaging top talent.

• →Make initial phone calls to pre-screen candidates based on role requirements.
• →Conduct brief, structured interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and overall suitability.
• →Coordinate with the recruitment team to support end-to-end hiring activities.
• →Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure recruitment documentation is properly updated.
• →Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and relevant stakeholders.
• →Assist with various recruitment and administrative tasks as required.
• →Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to conduct structured candidate assessments and make sound initial judgments.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
