Join our team as an Account Manager!
This is a fixed hybrid role being onsite in Maple Plain, MN on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
As an Account Manager at Protolabs, you’ll be the strategic partner and primary point of contact for a portfolio of 25–100 key customers who rely on our industry‑leading digital manufacturing solutions. Your mission is to strengthen relationships, uncover opportunities, and deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive retention, satisfaction, and long‑term business growth.
In this role, you’ll dive deep into your customers’ business goals, challenges, and product roadmaps—then collaborate with them to co‑create solutions using Protolabs’ full suite of services. By building strong coaches and champions within each organization, you’ll play a critical role in expanding wallet share, increasing operational efficiency, and delivering value that benefits both the customer and Protolabs.
You’ll leverage customer‑centric tools, ongoing training, and our cross‑functional ecosystem to guide complex accounts from concept through production. If you love solving problems, building meaningful partnerships, and helping innovative companies bring their ideas to life, this role offers the impact and growth you’re looking for.
