Join us as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and play a key role in driving growth across both new business and existing accounts. You’ll be responsible for creating high-quality sales opportunities through a mix of inbound lead qualification, outbound prospecting, and account development.

We’re looking for ambitious, results-driven people who thrive on creating opportunities. You’ll bring strong communication skills, confidence in cold outreach, curiosity, critical thinking, and a consistent focus on hitting targets.
This is a Newcastle-based role, with an expectation to work from the office at least three days per week. Our modern offices are located in Hoults Yard, on the edge of the vibrant Ouseburn Valley, home to a thriving creative community, rich local heritage, and a great social scene.
