The International Sales Channel & Partner Manager will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing Radformation’s global distribution network. This is a strategic management position that requires a combination of global sales experience, B2B partnership management, strategic thinking, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.Support and enable the achievement of the international sales objectives, by ensuring optimal distribution network performance outside of the US and Canada.This role is accountable for and incentivized to drive the entire international sales plan.Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors & International Sales Director to optimize our various distribution channels and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of 40+ distributors in close collaboration with EMEA, LATAM and APAC Regional Sales Directors.
  • Manage new distributor recruitment, vetting and contracting.
  • Source and qualify new partners and lead commercial negotiations through to onboarding.
  • Lead all distributor contracting, and contract renewals.
  • Ensure Regional Sales Directors know important contract specifics, such as commission percentage for distributors.
  • Manage distributor onboarding, certification and enablement.
  • Collaborate with international success, sales operations and knowledge teams to facilitate distributor onboarding and ongoing education.
  • Develop and lead the distributor certification program, to ensure consistent performance across the distribution network.
  • Provide distributors with timely and accurate updates to various Radformation sales tools and collateral, including pricing.
  • Join quarterly meetings, where we share key product information and updates, marketing collateral, and review the deal pipeline with distributors.
  • Own in-person international distributor update meetings.
  • Lead and coordinate distributor performance management.
  • Leverage internal tools and data to evaluate distributor performance based on KPIs and distributor scorecard.
  • Work closely with Regional Sales Directors to drive performance relative to quarterly and annual goals and execute corrective action plans.
  • Contribute to international regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with tracking new market entry and maintaining registration in active markets.
  • Collaborate with International Sales team on key customer accounts.
  • Participate in international conferences and events.
  • Assist with key opportunities and tenders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance economics, technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years experience in partner management, reseller management, or equivalent in a global environment.
  • Demonstrated experience negotiating and managing commercial contracts across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Experience selling into, or managing sales into, healthcare systems.
  • Experience with CRM software, Sales productivity tools and Google Suite.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Radiation Oncology.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful B2B partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to different audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.

Base salary: $100,000–$110,000 USD
On-target earnings (OTE): $200,000–$220,000 USD (50/50 base/variable split)
