We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager (m/f/d) for our client, a 4-star hotel, to strengthen the service team for the upcoming winter season in Kühtai, Tyrol.

• →Leading, motivating, and supporting the service team
• →Actively participating in the daily restaurant service
• →Ensuring smooth and efficient service operations
• →Taking care of guests and creating a high-quality guest experience
• →Working closely with the kitchen and reception teams
• →Coordinating the team, including in stressful situations
• →Ensuring high service and quality standards
• →Actively contributing to and further developing the restaurant and service concept

• Professional experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager
• You are a passionate host who genuinely enjoys taking care of guests with enthusiasm and dedication.
• You remain calm and keep an overview even in stressful situations.
• You enjoy motivating and leading your team.
• You create memorable experiences for our guests and work closely with the kitchen and reception teams.
• Honesty, loyalty, punctuality, and reliability
• Fluent German and/or English

• Net salary: €2,800
