Sous Chef (m/f/d)

We are looking on behalf of an employer for a motivated Souschef (m/f/d) for a hospitality business in Ehrwald, Tirol, Austria.

The position is for an à-la-carte kitchen with regional, high-quality cuisine. It is suitable for candidates with experience as a Souschef or in a similar role, who are able to work independently, cleanly and in an organized way.

Place of work: Ehrwald, Tirol, Austria
Start: immediately
Duration: until the beginning of November
Year-round position: possible
Working hours: 6 days / 48 hours per week
Day off: Thursday
Salary: up to €3,500 net, depending on qualifications and agreement

Accommodation and meals:
Accommodation and meals are provided. A single room in the hotel with shower and kitchen is available.

Languages:
English is sufficient. German and Italian are an advantage, but not required.

Requirements:
Experience in à-la-carte cuisine
Experience as a Souschef or in a similar position
Independent and structured way of working
Reliability, cleanliness and team spirit
Interest in regional and high-quality cuisine

Applications from experienced Chef de Partie candidates are also welcome. Salary for Chef de Partie is by agreement.
