On behalf of our client, a 4-star hotel in Lech, Vorarlberg, Austria, we are looking for a Sous Chef (m/f/d)!

• Completed training in hotel/tourism school as well as several years of professional experience

• Well-groomed appearance, passion for the profession, confident and strong communication skills

• Passion for fresh ingredients and creative preparation

• Organizational talent, precision, and initiative; flexible, resilient, responsible, reliable, and enthusiastic about work

• Language skills in German or English

• Support the head chef in organizing and managing the kitchen

• Represent the head chef during their absence

• Coordinate and supervise the kitchen team

• Ensure compliance with quality and hygiene standards (HACCP)

• Monitor and optimize workflows in the kitchen

• Assist in creating meal plans and menus

• Order supplies, control inventory, and receive goods

• Train and onboard new employees and trainees

• Support in cost calculation and cost control

• Ensure smooth operations during service

• Communicate with service staff to coordinate processes

• Creatively contribute to the development of new dishes and presentations

• Attractive net salary between €2,900 and €3,200 monthly

• Seasonal position | 6-day week | 48-hour week until the end of September
