PM/Civil Design Engineer

Land Development Project Manager / Civil Engineer Raleigh, NC area — On-site (relocation assistance available) $95K–$120K base salary + Bonus Summary Our client, a well-established real estate developer, is expanding its internal engineering team and seeking a Project Manager / Civil Engineer to lead site and land development projects from design through delivery. This is a hands-on role with one primary client, direct mentorship from a VP, and a culture that prioritizes quality work over billable hours. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering 4+ years of site/civil engineering experience (residential or mixed-use) Proficiency in Civil 3D, HydroCAD, and Hydroflow Strong communication and collaboration skills Responsibilities Prepare grading, drainage, and stormwater design plans Review and markup drawings and coordinate with contractors Manage site and land development projects from design through delivery Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams Ensure quality and compliance with jurisdictional standards Nice to Have PE License, or actively pursuing/testing for one (NC license a plus) Experience working under senior technical leadership in a coaching-focused environment
