Responsibilities

→Prepare and cook food items to perfection, accurately following our Salted culinary standards.
→Maintain compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards.
→Collaborate with our virtual Front of House team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
→Take ownership of the opening, closing, and shift hand-off process.
→Assist in the training and development of staff members.
→Facilitate smooth team dynamics by addressing and resolving minor conflicts among staff, fostering a harmonious work atmosphere.

Requirements

Solid foundation in culinary skills, including knife/prep work, flat-top cooking, and more
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Minimum of 2 years of kitchen experience
Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience
