Lead Talent Acquisition Administrator

The Lead Talent Acquisition Administrator is accountable for ensuring the successful execution of department-level staffing goals through comprehensive process ownership and advanced problem-solving. This role functions with autonomy, providing expert guidance and training to less experienced team members. The Lead Specialist proactively identifies and resolves advanced, cross-functional recruitment issues, contributes significantly to process development and best practices, and is instrumental in optimizing the end-to-end talent acquisition workflow to meet organizational needs.

JOB DUTIES:
 

• Coordinates and oversees the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for direct labor roles.
• Ensures rigorous adherence to all company policies and employment laws, regularly reviewing processes and advising on compliance matters to mitigate risks at a departmental level.
• Collaborates across HR teams (e.g., HRIS, Total Rewards) to ensure seamless integration of recruitment efforts with broader HR initiatives and systems.
• Provide administrative support for Talent Acquisition processes focused on direct labor hiring.
• Coordinate and scheduled interviews in partnership with recruiters for nationwide open roles.
• Managed high-volume data entry for new hires, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Maintained and updated Excel workbooks for data tracking, reporting, and onboarding processes.
