QA Engineer

Purpose of Job ScaleupAlly is looking for a QA & Data Analyst to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for those with basic knowledge of software testing and data analysis who want to build their career in both areas. The role involves supporting testing, defect reporting, data validation, and basic data analysis to ensure application quality and data accuracy. Required Qualifications ● Bachelor's degree in any discipline / Information Systems, or a related field. Skills SQL | MS Excel | Power BI | Manual Testing | API Testing | Postman | Swagger | JIRA | Data Validation | Database Testing | Basic Python | Automation Basics Duties Perform functional, regression, and basic exploratory testing. Create and execute test cases and scenarios. Identify and report bugs using JIRA. Perform API testing using Postman/Swagger. Validate data using SQL and Excel. Identify data errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies. Assist with dashboard and report validation. Prepare basic testing and data analysis reports. Requirements 0–12 months of experience in QA, Software Testing, Data Analysis, or a related area. Freshers with relevant academic projects, internships, or practical exposure can apply. Basic understanding of QA and Data Analytics concepts. Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Ability to work across QA/testing and data analytics.
