About the Role

We are launching a new direction — the tourism segment, and we’re looking for Sales Managers who don’t just sell trips, but create experiences, emotions, and stories people want to relive.

Our ideal colleague has a strong sense of the guest’s needs, knows how to listen beyond words, anticipates desires, and always delivers more than expected.

  • Communicate with clients via online calls (Zoom) and messaging apps (WhatsApp and others)
  • Identify client needs and gently guide them toward the idea of a yacht путешествие
  • Present yacht tours as a lifestyle and a unique experience, not just a product
  • Immerse clients in the atmosphere of each destination: routes, vibe, and details that create emotion
  • Support clients from first contact to booking, creating a sense of care and confidence throughout the journey
  • Build long-term relationships and deliver a level of service clients want to return to

**Enhance the client experience with premium services:
**

  • Professional skipper
  • Hostess (including from our academy with high service standards)
  • Yacht provisioning (grocery delivery onboard)
  • SUP boards and water activities
  • Additional elements of comfort and personalization

Requirements
