We are looking for a results-oriented Head of Sales who is comfortable solving complex challenges, optimizing processes, and ensuring efficient execution of strategic decisions. This role is ideal for someone with a project manager mindset — capable of balancing operational excellence, commercial performance, and cross-functional coordination.
You will work closely with the Sebo leadership team and HQ in Riga to ensure smooth business operations and to support the branch network in achieving strong sales performance and high customer satisfaction.
