Education: Bac +5 Any Other Specifications: Having studied Human resources, Administration Any other skills Required: Proficiency in English is a significant advantage 1- Agir en tant que partenaire stratégique des leaders seniors en apportant des conseils en matière de planification des effectifs, de gestion des talents et de planification de la succession. 2- Collaborer avec les équipes Congo B afin de répondre aux enjeux People, en garantissant la conformité avec le droit du travail local et les sensibilités culturelles. 3- Piloter des initiatives d’engagement des collaborateurs afin d’améliorer la productivité et la rétention. 4- Être le point de contact pour les sujets de relations sociales et de relations individuelles, en traitant les situations avec discrétion et professionnalisme. 5- Gérer les programmes d’avantages sociaux (assurance santé, retraite, bien-être), en veillant à leur compétitivité et à leur conformité avec la réglementation britannique. 6- Répondre aux questions des collaborateurs relatives aux avantages sociaux, en fournissant des informations claires et fiables. 7- Travailler avec les prestataires externes afin d’assurer une administration fluide des avantages sociaux. 8- Contribuer à l’élaboration et à la mise en œuvre des politiques et procédures POD. 9- Suivre les indicateurs clés POD et produire des reportings et analyses pour éclairer la prise de décision. 10- Proven experience as a POD Business Partner or in a similar role, ideally within a multinational organization. 11- Strong knowledge of Congo B law with a good understanding of labor practices in Congo. 12- Experience in managing employee benefits, including vendor management and regulatory compliance. 13- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
