Your day revolves around reaching out to potential customers from our ready-to-use lead database, understanding what they need, explaining how our services can help, and guiding interested prospects to a confident "yes." You'll spend most of your day on the phone and in our CRM — calling, following up, and closing. Explain our offerings — resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and career support services — clearly and persuasively. Listen to each candidate's situation and recommend the services that genuinely fit. Build trust and interest through warm, professional conversations. Follow up consistently via calls and WhatsApp until prospects convert. Close sales and turn interested prospects into paying customers. Keep leads, follow-up schedules, remarks, and sales status accurate and up to date in the CRM. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. Who You Are You genuinely enjoy sales and speaking with people throughout the day. Confident, disciplined, and ready to take ownership of your results. Eager to keep learning and sharpening your sales skills. What You'll Need Strong spoken *Tamil*; basic English is sufficient. Good listening and persuasion skills. Basic computer proficiency and comfort using CRM and software tools. Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills. A reliable, target-oriented mindset. Eligibility Any Graduate or Diploma holder. Minimum 1 year of work experience. Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, business development, customer engagement, education counseling, recruitment, or service sales is strongly preferred. Probation & Growth *Probation period:* 3 months. Confirmation is based on performance, attendance, discipline, and target achievement.
