We are currently seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and expand our client base in Dammam. Job Summary The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, leading the sales team, managing key client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The role requires strong leadership, market knowledge, and excellent communication skills to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets. Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to improve performance. Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients. Coordinate with marketing, operations, and management teams. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and business events. Essential Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role. Proven experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Experience in the Gulf/Saudi market is preferred. Valid driving license is an advantage.
