Prepare and distribute overtime (OT) reports to internal stakeholders

Assist with payroll-related administrative tracking and documentation

Support internal reporting needs related to workforce hours and attendance

Coordinate monthly employee review requests

Draft employee pay adjustment communications when required

Send pay increase proposal emails as directed

Draft employee disciplinary documentation as needed

Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks and documentation

Assist with process organization and recordkeeping improvements

Provide general digital HR support across the organization
Requirements

2–5 years of experience in HR administration or HR support roles

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Ability to manage confidential employee information responsibly

Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment

Strong proficiency with digital documentation and recordkeeping

Experience using BambooHR
-
Familiarity with Aspire or similar operations/HR platforms
-
Background in HR coordination, payroll support, or administrative HR functions

Experience working in service-based or field operations companies
-
Stable, fully remote HR support role within a growing organization
