Company/Client Overview:
We are a fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in family health and wellness products with a focus on practical, non-trendy items that customers use and trust. The business is in the process of transitioning from online arbitrage (OA) to wholesale, building sustainable supplier partnerships to support long-term growth on the Amazon marketplace.
To support this expansion, we are seeking a highly skilled, self-directed Virtual Assistant with Amazon and wholesale experience who can hit the ground running and play a key role in scaling operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Wholesale Sourcing – Research and identify brands, create proposals, and manage vendor outreach to build strong supplier relationships.
- Amazon Backend Expertise – Maintain account health, optimize listings, and oversee inventory management to ensure smooth operations.
- Content Creation – Develop A+ content, enhance product detail pages, and create compelling marketing materials to strengthen brand presence.
- Additional Support Areas – Assist in PPC campaign optimization, implement SEO strategies, and manage CRM platforms to drive engagement and efficiency.
- Assist with related ad hoc tasks as needed
Minimum Requirements:
Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills (minimal accent is acceptable)
Education: Bachelor's Degree (ideally)
Experience: 3+ years of related experience
Industry: E-commerce - Amazon
- Experience in successful brand direct/wholesale sourcing and vendor outreach.
- Strong ability to develop A+ content and marketing materials.
- Demonstrated Amazon backend expertise (account health, inventory, listings).
- Working knowledge of PPC, SEO, and CRM management.
- Experience in submitting flat files with Amazon.
- Familiarity with tools such as Keepa, Sellerboard and SellerAmp (or related tools)
- Mid-level capability with a proven track record of independent execution.
- Self-directed: Can manage priorities and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision.
- Ambitious: Motivated to grow with the company and take on increasing responsibility.
- Ethical & Accountable: Acts with integrity, reliability, and ownership mindset.
- Proactive Communicator: Keeps stakeholders updated and ensures transparency in work.
- Must have previous experience working in EST work hours
