Commercial Manager

The successful candidate must be willing to relocate from Latin America to Ireland.

The company will support and manage the relocation process for the successful candidate.

This is not a remote position. The successful candidate will be required to work on-site in the Dublin region.

• →Managing commercial aspects of large-scale infrastructure projects under NEC 4 Option C.
• →Overseeing cost planning, forecasting, and value engineering.
• →Leading contract administration and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
• →Providing input to strategic decisions affecting commercial performance and risk.
• →Supporting tender submissions, subcontractor procurement, and pricing strategies.
• →Engaging collaboratively with project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• →Managing change control, claims, and dispute resolution.
• →Delivering accurate and timely reports on project financials.

• Proven experience as a Commercial Manager on large infrastructure projects.
• Deep knowledge of NEC 4 Option C contracts is essential.
• Extensive experience in utility and road infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of Design & Build contracts.
• Ability to be based in or travel to Dublin region during the work week.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline preferred.
