Role: Operations Manager
Priority Location: Latin America and South Africa
Working Hours: 9AM - 5PM (Mon - Fri) PST
Salary Range: $2,000 - $4,000 USD ($) per month + performance bonuses + profit share

Role Overview:
You will take full responsibility for dispositions, transaction coordination, and performance management, ensuring deals move efficiently from contract to close while maximizing profitability. This is not a support role—you are the operator who ensures revenue is realized.
Key Responsibilities:
Dispositions Management
- Own the full lifecycle of property sales
- Manage pricing strategy, repricing cadence, and listing performance
- Proactively follow up with realtors to prevent stale listings
- Optimize deal velocity and profit margins
Transaction Coordination
- Manage all closings end-to-end:
- Title and escrow coordination
- Document handling (DocuSign, contracts, compliance)
- Timeline management to ensure zero missed closings
Realtor & Partner Management
- Interview, onboard, and manage realtors
- Negotiate terms and resolve issues independently
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with US-based partners
Metrics & Performance Ownership:
- Build and manage dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio)
- Track KPIs across the deal lifecycle
- Identify risks early and take corrective action
- Drive a data-first operating culture
What We’re Looking For:
Experience
- Strong background in real estate operations, dispositions, or transaction coordination
- Experience working with US realtors, title companies, or escrow processes
- Proven ability to manage deals end-to-end
Skills & Mindset
- Operator Mentality: You take ownership and solve problems without escalation
- Analytical: Comfortable with data, KPIs, and dashboards
- Strong Communicator: Confident on the phone with US-based stakeholders
- Proactive: You identify and fix issues before they become problems
- High Integrity & Accountability: You deliver consistently
Ideal Profile:
- 5 - 8+ years of stable work history (with no more than 3 / less than 6 month tenures, all other experiences should be multi-year)
- Demonstrated career progression
- Passion for real estate and long-term growth, and desire to build and grow within a technology centric real-estate start-up
