Join a high-growth fractional GTM firm working on behalf of a cutting-edge client in the Enterprise Browser Security space. We are looking for an SDR who is hungry, process-oriented, and motivated by a high-activity, high-reward environment.

As an SDR, you are the frontline "meeting qualifier." Your goal is to identify high-potential prospects, engage them through outbound channels, and hand them off to our clients' internal sales teams once they are ready to work. You aren't just "dialing for dollars"—you are learning the art of enterprise cybersecurity sales from some of the best in the business.

Responsibilities

  • Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute daily outbound activity across LinkedIn Navigator, Apollo, and cold calling to reach key personas (CISO, IT Directors).
  • Playbook Adherence: Follow our proven scripts and SOPs while bringing enough creativity to get prospects "over the line."
  • Meeting Qualification: Schedule high-quality discovery meetings based on strict qualification criteria.
  • Data Integrity: Keep our CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) meticulously updated to ensure accurate tracking for your commissions.
  • Feedback Loop: Participate in weekly meetings with the Sales Manager to review call recordings (Gong/Chorus) and refine your messaging.

Base Salary: Stable monthly base.
Qualified Meeting Bonus: Paid a cash bonus for every meeting that meets our strict "Qualified" criteria.
Closed-Won Bonus: Earn a percentage of the business that closes from the meetings you set.
  • Outbound Experience: You have previous experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting.
  • Cybersecurity Interest: While you don't need 20 years of experience, a background or strong interest in tech/cybersecurity is a major plus.
  • Self-Starter: You don't wait for instructions. You see the targets and you chase them.
  • Commission Oriented: You are driven by the upside. You want your paycheck to reflect your effort.
  • Process Minded: You understand that success in outbound sales is about consistency and following the system.

Requirements

  • Comfort using Apollo, Outreach, Slack, Zoom, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Professional fluency in English with a confident, clear phone presence.
