Job Title: Sales Representative – Real Estate Lending (US-Focused)
Location: Remote (Open to global candidates; deep understanding of U.S. Southeast & Midwest markets required)
Compensation: $2,000 – $2,500 USD/month + performance incentives (flexible for the right candidate)

Overview:
We’re seeking a motivated and personable Sales Representative to help grow our real estate lending business by building meaningful relationships with borrowers and supporting loan origination in key U.S. markets—specifically the Southeast and Midwest.

This is a high-touch, relationship-driven role that requires an understanding of real estate lending practices, strong communication skills, and a consultative approach to working with borrowers. The ideal candidate is familiar with regional lending nuances and is excited to be part of a fast-moving, growth-oriented team.


Responsibilities

  • Borrower Relationship Management:
    Build and nurture long-term relationships with real estate investors, developers, and borrowers, guiding them through the lending process with clarity and care.

  • Market Navigation:
    Understand and adapt to real estate lending practices and borrower needs across U.S. Southeast and Midwest markets, including local compliance considerations and regional trends.

  • Sales Pipeline Ownership:
    Manage inbound and outbound sales pipelines, follow up on leads, and support loan officers in moving deals through the funnel.

  • High-Touch Communication:
    Maintain frequent, proactive communication with borrowers—helping them feel supported throughout the process and reducing the likelihood of churn or drop-off.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration:
    Work closely with underwriting, loan processing, and executive teams to ensure smooth borrower experiences and accurate information flow.

  • Feedback Loop & Insights:
    Act as the voice of the borrower—sharing feedback and market insights that can help refine internal processes and improve the customer experience.


Requirements

  • Proven success in a sales, account management, or relationship-building role—ideally in real estate, mortgage lending, or financial services

  • Deep understanding of or experience working in U.S. real estate lending markets, especially in the Southeast and Midwest regions

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset

  • Comfort with CRMs and remote collaboration tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Zoom)

  • Ability to manage a pipeline and prioritize multiple relationships and opportunities simultaneously

  • High level of professionalism, reliability, and responsiveness


Nice to Have

  • Prior work with private lenders, fix & flip borrowers, or construction/development loans

  • Familiarity with U.S. real estate investor personas (e.g., single-family, multi-family, rehabbers, BRRRR)

  • Experience working remotely with U.S.-based clients
