Highly communicative and approachable.
Able to build trust with creators and act as a supportive partner—often serving as a “best friend” and problem solver when needed.
Positive, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced creator environment.

Proven experience in the influencer marketing industry.
Experience working with creators and campaigns targeting the U.S. market.
Ability to manage creators and activate campaigns without ground-up training.
Strong organizational and communication skills.

Travel to the United States for industry events is a plus, though not required.
Occasional company-sponsored trips to the U.S. may be provided for team representation during key periods (for example, Q4 events).
