We’re looking for a Lead Business Development Manager to join us.
Join as the very first Business Development Specialist in a fast-growing AdTech startup — and play a key role in shaping and streamlining core processes from day one.
You’ll have strong ownership, with the opportunity to build your own team, shape the business development function,
and grow into a core member of the top management team.

 What you will be doing:

  • take full ownership of building and developing a strong, distinctive programmatic advertising brand;
  • track and optimize KPIs, refining sales strategies to improve performance and outcomes;
  • proactively source and engage potential clients through LinkedIn, industry forums, and relevant platforms;
  • represent the company at key industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and generate qualified leads;
  • ensure clear visibility and management of the sales pipeline via CRM systems and reporting tools;
  • conduct ongoing competitive and market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and fine-tune brand positioning.


Your background:

  • english proficiency at B2+ level or higher;
  • 2+ years of experience in Programmatic Sales, ideally within an ad exchange or ad network;
  • proven track record of working with leading SSPs and DSPs such as PubMatic, RTB House, OpenX, FreeWheel, Vungle, and others;
  • strong background in collaborating with key stakeholders and decision-makers across multiple organizational levels;
  • readiness to represent the company at global Programmatic and AdTech events to strengthen market presence and foster strategic partnerships.
