Mechanical Engineer – Entry Level - Hybrid

Who: Recent mechanical engineering graduate with strong organizational skills and willingness to travel part-time.
What: Manage HVAC construction projects from kickoff through completion while coordinating vendors, permits, and field execution.

Where: Based in Ball Ground, GA with travel to job sites approximately two days per week.

We are seeking a motivated Mechanical Engineer to step into a Project Management role overseeing HVAC installation projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while serving as the primary point of contact for clients and field teams.

• →Provide weekly project updates to customers
• →Coordinate permits with local municipalities
• →Manage vendors including cranes, rental equipment, and subcontractors
• →Travel to job sites (~2 days/week) to supervise crews and ensure progress
• →Track schedules, budgets, and project milestones

● Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
● Strong communication and organizational skills
● Willingness to travel on a consistent but limited basis
● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
