We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to find and attract brilliant talent across the UK, USA, India and beyond, supporting our continued growth in the Oracle, SAP and PeopleSoft third-party support market.

You'll be hands-on with recruitment while leading and supporting our internal recruitment team, headhunting great candidates, building talent pipelines, benchmarking the market and partnering with hiring managers across the business.

This full-time position is fully remote within the UK.

What you’ll be doing:

Here’s where you’ll make your mark:
 

• Lead and develop our Talent Acquisition function, setting high standards for recruitment quality and candidate experience
• Personally deliver end-to-end recruitment across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and other corporate functions
• Lead recruitment for senior, specialist and business-critical appointments
• Use direct sourcing, headhunting and talent mapping to identify exceptional candidates in competitive markets
• Build and maintain talent pipelines aligned to future business growth
• Provide salary benchmarking, competitor intelligence and talent-market insight to support hiring decisions
• Review recruitment campaigns, sourcing strategies, job adverts and candidate shortlists to ensure consistently high standards
• Coach and support our internal recruiting team, sharing expertise and driving recruitment excellence across the team
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles, candidate profiles and effective selection strategies
• Develop our employer proposition and ensure our external recruitment presence reflects the Support Revolution brand.
