Manage timely renewals of QID, passport, health card, WCP, and pay cards for employees, including new issuances for onboarded staff. Prepare and issue offer letters. Create and maintain employee personal files. Conduct fresher induction and orientation. Handle grievance redressal and maintain records. Source candidates locally as needed. Requirements Proficiency in MS Office, especially mail merging, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and pivot tables. Age limit: 25-35 years. Bilingual: Hindi and English proficiency.
