Dishwasher/Steward

• →Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand. 

• →Scrape food from dishes and sort items into appropriate categories. 

• →Load and unload dishwashing machines. 

• →Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area. 

• →Sweep and mop floors in the kitchen area. 

• →Take out trash and recycling. 

• →Assist with other kitchen tasks as needed, such as cleaning equipment or stocking supplies. 

• Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred but not required. 

• Ability to work in a hot, humid environment. 

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. 

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail. 

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
