Sommelier - Beach Club Evening

Job Summary:
The Beach Club Evening Sommelier is responsible for creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests. They greet each guest warmly and assist them in choosing the perfect wine to complement their dining experience. This role involves providing personalized wine recommendations, ensuring proper wine service, and maintaining high food safety standards. The Sommelier also acts as the team's wine expert, educating staff on wine selections and overseeing wine-related tasks such as purchasing, list creation, and expense management.

Qualifications:
- Basic Sommelier Certificate required; Advanced Sommelier Certificate preferred
- Extensive knowledge of wines, including varietals, regions, and food pairings
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality standards
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred

- Greet guests with enthusiasm and friendly demeanor
