You’ll work hand-in-hand with executive leadership to align people initiatives with business goals, driving organizational excellence in a remote-first, high-growth environment.

Lead & Develop: Manage the People department, mentoring HR professionals and elevating their impact.

Talent Strategy: Design and execute acquisition and retention strategies that secure top global talent.

Performance & Engagement: Build and optimize performance management programs to maximize engagement and productivity.

Learning & Development: Collaborate cross-functionally to implement programs that support continuous growth.

Compensation & Benefits: Oversee programs to ensure competitive, equitable offerings across regions.
