Dishwasher Busser

• →Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, plateware, and utensils in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition.
• →Scrape and pre-rinse food from dirty dishes and load them into the dishwasher.
• →Wash pots and pans either by hand or using the dishwasher.
• →Dispose of trash and garbage in the designated dumpster area.
• →Clean work area tables, walls, refrigerator equipment, cooking equipment, and floors.
• →Ensure guest tables and areas are cleaned according to sanitation and housekeeping standards.
• →May assist with some Prep Cook duties as trained and assigned.
