Restaurant Cook

• →Ensure excellent and consistent preparation and cooking of all menu items following operating policies, procedures, and food health and safety regulations.
• →Prepare and plate food according to Company recipes.
• →Set up, clean, and sanitize the workstation before, during, and after the shift.
• →Verify the stock of all required ingredients and supplies.
• →Complete assigned daily and weekly cleaning lists.

• Ability to learn and apply galley terminology and procedures.
• Reading skills to complete online and on-the-job training.
• Ability to memorize recipes and plating techniques.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
