Restaurant Assistant Manager

• →Report to the restaurant General Manager and assist in motivating and supervising team members to achieve restaurant performance goals.
• →Ensure quality guest service, guest and employee safety, sales, profit, cost management, and compliance with Company operating policies and procedures.
• →Collaborate with the General Manager to maintain the necessary staff levels for all positions.
• →Assist in orienting and onboarding new hires, ensuring they complete all required training.
• →Manage the restaurant operation independently during some scheduled shifts.
• →Make daily decisions and provide consistent staff feedback and positive support to team members.
