  • Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate data in the ATS, providing regular updates on pipeline health, hiring progress, and risks
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws, company policies, and hiring practices
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of four Talent Acquisition professionals, ensuring balanced workload distribution, strong performance management, and ongoing professional growth through structured coaching, feedback, and development planning
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with 3+ years in high-volume or hourly recruiting (manufacturing, distribution, or similar environment preferred)
  • Proven success hiring for frontline/hourly roles in fast-paced environments
  • Experience managing multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of recruiting strategies for local labor markets and shift-based roles
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and operations leaders
  • Ability to work with urgency and adaptability in a dynamic production environment
  • Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws
  • Experience using ATS platforms and MS Office tools
