Sales cum Driver

Key Responsibilities: • Deliver products to retail shops and clients on assigned routes. • Promote and sell company products directly to customers during delivery stops. • Maintain strong relationships with shop owners and distributors. • Collect orders, process payments or invoices, and issue receipts where necessary. • Keep track of daily sales, returns, and stock movement. • Ensure company vehicles are properly maintained (cleaning, fueling, servicing). • Record customer feedback and market trends for reporting to the supervisor. • Assist in organising product displays and merchandising at retail points. Requirements Ideal Candidate: Diploma in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field Valid Tanzanian Driver’s License (Class C or higher) At least 2 years of FMCG or field sales & driving experience Strong communication, time management, and customer engagement skills Knowledge of the Dar es Salaam road networks and retail outlets Benefits
