Stay sharp: Maintain precision in CRM documentation and leverage data to refine your approach. Amplify marketing efforts: Work closely with marketing to convert campaign engagement into sales opportunities. Be a student of the game: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive shifts, and product updates to bring value in every interaction. What You Bring 2-3 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or SDR/BDR roles. Exceptional communication skills--clear, persuasive, and tailored to executive-level audiences. Strong command of CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement platforms (Clari, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). Exposure to structured sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, Sandler, MEDDIC). Background in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or consultative selling. A track record of exceeding activity and conversion targets. Resilience, grit, and a bias toward action. Strategic mindset with the ability to prioritize and pivot quickly.
