Responsibilities

→Maintain a friendly and positive attitude
→Have excellent interpersonal communication skills
→Enthusiastic about what they do
→Oversee the daily operations of the store
→Make sure the store is running smoothly and effectively
→Handle staff conflicts, problems and complaints
→Handle customer complaints professionally
→Motivate clerks in a creative way
→Help the clerks with learning how to establish working relationships with our customers
→Enforce rules and policies amongst the clerks
→Must have a “team” mindset instilled in them
→Strengths in leadership and team building
→Capable to thrive in a fast-paced/high-pressure environment
