Join our team as an Account Manager and make a positive impact on the lives of veterans and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Inbound and Outbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from potential providers seeking information about our home care partnerships. Outbound calls will involve prospecting for new home care partners and maintaining communication, follow-up tasks, and driving growth goals with current partners.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to current and potential home care partners, highlighting the benefits of our services and addressing their needs.
  • Provider Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with home care providers, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Sales Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets through effective prospecting, qualifying, and closing techniques.
  • Contract Development: Meet or exceed contract targets by negotiating and renegotiating home care partnership agreements.
  • Rate Analysis: Conduct Rate Analyses according to company standards to determine fair market home care rates for partners and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in business to business sales required. Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Passion for helping veterans and their families.
  • Highly motivated and coachable with a growth mindset.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment (in-office and remote).
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
