People Training calendar plan. Ongoing positive feedback and coaching. * Providing the Team members with all the requirements (Handsets, Lines, Offers, Business cards & Letter Heads designed...). Avoid any OOS. Smooth and easy communication with VF channels. * Following VF standards to make sure of sales quality and business acquired. * Maintain proper and consistent cross operation within all channels. * Ensure bullet proof operational processes to guarantee the success of our business model. * Ongoing coaching and monitoring of performance for direct reporters. * Develop succession plan for individual team members. * Ensure delivery against KPI's. * Expanding our channel reach nationwide to gain bigger share of new acquisitions. * Initiate our business lounges to provide business products and services. * Work on a coverage plan nationwide in order to insure our brand visibility at our dealer’s outlets all over the trade. * Ensure the smooth and consistent flow of products and services through the VNF channels. * Consecutive visits to the selected locations to ensure the look and feel. Inspiration. ## Who you are Education: BA in Business, preferably in Business Administration Work experience: 5-6years of successful sales experience PC knowledge: Computer skills (MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
