DACH-NL is one of our key markets in EMEA, with RCS and Network Powered solutions live across carriers. As a Mid-Market Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving and closing new business opportunities as well as managing a small portfolio of existing accounts in the DACH-NL region. With a quota tied to new business and margin growth, your impact will be direct and measurable, and your success will fuel Vonage's continued expansion across the region.
 

Responsibilities

  • Drive net new business and ensure strong retention and expansion of existing customers by upsell and cross sell. 
  • Develop and execute territory plans with a clear focus on new logo acquisition and revenue growth for network-powered solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and senior stakeholders across business, marketing, and technology functions
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, solutions engineering, and customer success teams to deliver tailored CPaaS/API solutions to prospects and customers
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in Salesforce, acting as a business owner for your territory
  • Represent Vonage at industry events and leverage your local network to accelerate new business opportunities
  • Contribute to regional planning and share market intelligence to support the broader EMEA sales strategy

Required:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in CPaaS, SaaS, or telecommunications, with a strong track record of closing new deals
  • Fluency in German and English both written and spoken
  • Deep understanding of the German/DACH-NL market, including cultural nuances and business practices
  • Strong existing network within the DACH-NL region, particularly with mid-market companies
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and engaging with multi-level stakeholders
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote/distributed environment
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and pipeline management

Nice to Have
