We are looking for someone who can take ownership of this function and turn the team into a real sales engine. The role combines team leadership, business development, and sales optimization. You will be responsible for results – new loans, repeat customers, campaigns, and growth of the client base.
What will you do?
• Manage a sales team in a call center environment
• Be responsible for new loans generated from inbound inquiries
• Develop processes for repeat lending (retention), cross-selling additional products to existing clients, and increasing deal value through up-selling
• Introduce call scripts and conversation standards
• Work closely with the marketing specialist on the quality of leads from PPC campaigns
• Analyze the portfolio of approved loans to improve the client evaluation matrix
• Develop new opportunities for sales growth
You will do well in this role if you:
• Have experience managing call center sales teams
• Have worked with credit, fintech, or similar products sold in an online environment
• Manage teams through KPIs and clear targets
• Think like a salesperson and make data-driven decisions
• Can create effective scripts and sales processes
• Have experience in client retention and account growth
• Can identify where sales are lost and improve performance
• Enjoy building structures, not just maintaining existing ones
