Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a solid academic record.
Minimum of 10 years of professional work experience with demonstrated ability as a HRBP or in a generalist role within an international company.
Ability to adjust between strategy and tactical execution and comfortably navigate ambiguous or "gray" areas.
Commercial approach with a curiosity about the business, the environment, and its people.
Outstanding communication and social skills, with the poise and confidence to interact with and influence clients at all levels.
Solid knowledge of Vietnam labour laws and HR best practices.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, multifaceted, constantly evolving environment.
Travel readiness as required by business demands is needed for this role
Demonstrate judgment and integrity in critical situations.
Fluency in English and Vietnamese
