As one of the leading monday.com partners in EMEA, we're growing our team and looking for an Account Manager to help customers get more value from their monday.com investment through new use cases, professional services, and AI-powered solutions.
This isn't a traditional cold-calling sales role. You'll work with an existing customer portfolio, helping organizations improve business processes, increase adoption, and navigate digital transformation. You'll collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers, consultants, Marketing, and monday.com ecosystem to drive customer growth and long-term success.

Build trusted relationships with customers across your portfolio.

Identify, qualify, and prioritize growth opportunities.

Manage the commercial process from opportunity to close.

Organize Executive Business Reviews and strategic customer conversations.

Collaborate with Customer Success and consulting teams to drive adoption and business outcomes.

Help customers understand how AI-powered capabilities can improve the way they work.

Drive renewals, expansion opportunities, and long-term customer success.
Has 2–3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Business Development, Consulting, Implementation, or another customer-facing role.
Has strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Is comfortable engaging with stakeholders at different levels of an organization.
Has a commercial mindset and enjoys identifying opportunities that create value for customers.
Fluent in English.
You enjoy building long-term customer relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
You are proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership of your success.
You are curious about technology, AI, and how organizations can work smarter through digital transformation.

You'll receive mentorship from experienced commercial leaders, work alongside Customer Success professionals and consultants, and have access to the monday.com ecosystem. As you grow, you'll take ownership of larger and more strategic accounts, lead increasingly complex opportunities, and continue building your commercial expertise.
To support your development, you'll receive a €5,000 annual learning budget, 6 study days per year, and access to ongoing knowledge-sharing sessions and innovation days.
